Earned my trust Without going into details, I came in at 1:00 pm for a NYS inspection and didn’t leave till just after 6:00 pm. Nick was the architect for making this difficult experience a trust building exercise and Kevin was the force that made it happen. They work hard and they’ve earned my respect and my repeat business. I couldn’t disagree more with Chad ( previous reviewer) regarding Kevin.

Honesty... heard manager tell customer what was needed to correct the problem that Mavis doesn't fix and suggested two repair shops ... integrity and professionalism Oh. They completed a brake job for me...had guaranteed brake pads replaced for free (just paid labor)
