I use this location because it is very close and convenient I use this location because it is very close to home, I have never felt like they were ever less than honest. The staff is nice, and they always keep you informed as to when the car will be ready.

May 1 Our bill was larger than expected but your manager Chris couldn’t have been more helpful explaining everything and helping us out. He is a very pleasant, kind and efficient person and you are fortunate to have such a good , hard working employee. On the downside, our car was kept for over a week before the work was completed. Apparently the shop gets only a weekly parts delivery and that slowed down the process considerably. Some of the wrong parts were sent and needed to be exchanged. There should be a mechanism in place for urgently needed parts to exchanged and delivered.
