I'm Impressed. I order a lot of items on line. The norm seems to be, it takes a long time to get to me or, damaged. But, I've placed two orders now with National Tool Warehouse and so far nothing but positive. Very fast delivery. (2-3 days from time order was placed) Excellent products. Poor Packaging Received 4-1gal cans of thinner badly damaged. I'm afraid to put them on the shelf as I'm concerned they may start leaking. Very poor packaging and handling. Follow-up: National contacted me and shipped out new items that arrived quickly and intact. The customer service was amazing. Thank You.

Great customer service I purchased an item that had an incorrect description due to a listing error. I had a couple hiccups at first upon trying to correct the issue over the phone, but was called back after the initial call and apologized to for the inconvenience. They offered to exchange the item with what I was anticipating although there was almost a $100 price difference. After the initial call I was unsure if I would ever shop with National Tool Warehouse again. Upon them correcting my issue I will be giving them my business moving forward. Not many companies now a days will admit fault and correct an issue, that alone earns a 5 star review.
