Hard to find tools I'm a mechanic and fabricator sometimes the tools I like to use in my line of work are hard to find so when I was searching and ran across these guys I was extatic they have a lot of the tools I have been looking for. They have great descriptions and they make it easy to order so I will without a doubt use them again

Great customer service I purchased an item that had an incorrect description due to a listing error. I had a couple hiccups at first upon trying to correct the issue over the phone, but was called back after the initial call and apologized to for the inconvenience. They offered to exchange the item with what I was anticipating although there was almost a $100 price difference. After the initial call I was unsure if I would ever shop with National Tool Warehouse again. Upon them correcting my issue I will be giving them my business moving forward. Not many companies now a days will admit fault and correct an issue, that alone earns a 5 star review.

Price on my pocket knife was $10 below… Price on my pocket knife was $10 below competitors, including Amazon. Got my order to me in less than 48 hours. Good stuff!!

Kind of a 'bait and switch' I ordered paint from them because they advertised a good price, and they had a 16 oz. can instead of most sites that only had 12 oz. When the shipment arrived, I had 12 oz cans. I informed them and they basically said 'too bad' the mfg lists it at 16 oz and they have to go by that. So even though I pointed out their website ad was misleading, they refused to do anything. Oddly every other site that lists this specialty paint has it as 12 oz. It's not really that big a deal, but I would at least expect a little empathy from customer service. Now I need to probably order another can to make up the difference but I'll go elsewhere. I'll never shop here again! Well, I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree. When someone advertises ‘x’ I expect ‘x’. You’re blaming the manufacturer, but all your competitors seem to have listed the item properly.

I had originally bought a plastic… I had originally bought a plastic backing pad at my local paint shop. When I broke it I was looking online for something similar for my grinder. I could not believe how expensive they were and there is only one company that seems to have cornered the market on this specific yet simple product. Anyway National Tool Warehouse alone had them for what I considered to be a reasonable price so I ordered five of them which should last me for several years. Unfortunately the shipping was the same price as the pads effectively doubling their cost, yet still less than anyone else. Not that cost is always the main motivator. The order process was very professional with clear email documentation and invoices and they came quickly and in good condition. This was not my first purchase from National Tool Warehouse and although I do not make a lot of purchases I have always experienced first rate service and competitive pricing.
