I've called Dial 7 a few times recently and each time, the driver has been early (but didn't expect me to be out early - just patiently waited for our scheduled time), professional, and provided a safe and comfortable drive. Can't ask for more! Their app / online account also makes it easy to reserve, see quotes, and track your ride.

The Driver was very Stressful and made… The Driver was very Stressful and made me feel very uncomfortable. He drove below the speed limit and keep looking at me through his rear view mirror. When I decided to pay my bill in cash he was concerned about his TIP.. in which he claimed to not have enough change and proceeded to keep the 20.00 change as a TIP.. in which I was going to Tip him anyway if he would of Trusted me. It was a Horrible situation with this Person/ Driver!!

A great car service We have used Dial 7 a number of times for our transfer from JFK to our hotel in Manhattan. They are so easy to book with, and they track your flight so know when you’ve landed and send you a message. The driver was great at communicating and we knew exactly where to go to be picked up. The car was super clean and he had a bottle of water for us. The journey was great and comfortable and you can pay cash or card. Easy! Wouldn’t use anyone else.
