GBDrivers response to passenger's motion sickness. I became ill during the last 30 minutes of the 90 minute drive. My destination was to a hilly place with curving roads. I experienced motion sickness and told the rider I was going to throw up. He gave me a paper bag to use. Then he gave me some paper towels to clean myself, and also gave me a bottle of water. area. He escorted me in at my destination and told them at the front desk that I was sick and needed assistance. I was touched by his kindness.

GBAs we arrived in LGA driver was in… As we arrived in LGA driver was in contact with us about where to meet. Car was what we requested, clean and plenty of room. Driver was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The drive into Manhattan was very enjoyable!

IEThe driver seemed inconvenienced by the… The driver seemed inconvenienced by the job. I know there was a language barrier but I’d recommend that he smiles and utters hello. He never spoke or answered a question.
