They realized the issues and offered a refund once I shipped the item back (they supplied the return label) I’d definitely order from them again all because of how they handle issues. Great company!

Very disappointed Very disappointed with the rear roof spoiler. Installed first time followed exact directions with cleaning glass and using rubbing alcohol prior to installing with the adhesive. After about a week the adhesive started to lift. Spoke to customer service and they told me maybe the 3M adhesive is faulty and to purchase the recommend new 3M tape. Reinstalled and yet again 1/4 of the spoiler is lifting off the glass to the point where I was not comfortable driving without it coming off and hitting another car. Had to take off for a second time and now I’m stuck with a part that I cannot use.

They also wrapped the initial sensor in a package and then put that package in ANOTHER bubble-wrapped package. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
