I had ordered 2 parts for my 2021… I had ordered 2 parts for my 2021 corolla apex sedan, and the parts were her within 2 weeks. Also I wanted to know where the packaging and if the order had be recieved, the customer service representative helped me alot and I was given all the info I needed. Very disappointed Very disappointed with the rear roof spoiler. Installed first time followed exact directions with cleaning glass and using rubbing alcohol prior to installing with the adhesive. After about a week the adhesive started to lift. Spoke to customer service and they told me maybe the 3M adhesive is faulty and to purchase the recommend new 3M tape. Reinstalled and yet again 1/4 of the spoiler is lifting off the glass to the point where I was not comfortable driving without it coming off and hitting another car. Had to take off for a second time and now I’m stuck with a part that I cannot use.
