GBGreat experience The entire process, from entering vehicle info to find the right part to returning my core, was extremely simple. The TIPM was packaged well with a really good manual for installation/troubleshooting tips. The included return label made it even easier. They even have very well made videos on YouTube for visual installation/troubleshooting tips. Also, the fact they let you turn your purchase into a "Rental" and will refund a large portion of your purchase price if it doesn't fix your problem is amazing. I am so impressed with every part of this process that I will be sure to send anyone their way if they are experiencing TIPM related issues. Easy 5 stars.

GBYou are foolish if you don't try these guys first This company is a great group of people. They had excellent service and very thorough on the phone and the information given to me. I will suggest to everyone to have your tipm coded to theVin. I didn't for the first 2 they sent and the third was coded and works like a dream. They contacted me several times to make sure everything worked properly and if I ever am in this situation again, I will ONLY go through MAK's. Thank you guys!
