GBDisappointed I went back and forth with this repair 2x not to mention multiple calls / emails and dead ends pretty sure they even lost my tipm at one point.. My initial concern of a right front low beam out w/ a control circuit fault still remains which is now accompanied with a new concern which i already sent back to be rectified once and also still remains. I still do not have a low beam on right side and no brake lights on truck or trailer when connected.

GBQuick turn around! There was a quick turn around with my TIPM and while it tested fine, at least I knew it wasn’t the component giving me issues. They only charged the testing fee and sent me the remainder back immediately. Would definitely recommend doing business with them as they’re honest and efficient!

GBReman TIPM Problem Order #77207 reman TIPM FOR 2012 Ram 1500 would not communicate. Spoke with MAK's and was sent new TIPM. Problem solved. After speaking with MAK's, it was decided that my truck is one of the few that require new, not reman. Very happy with Henry and all others at MAK's that assisted me with this. Will purchase again.
