GBHad a faulty TIPM sent from MAKS for my… Had a faulty TIPM sent from MAKS for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. Customer service was amazing. They send me a new TIPM and everything worked on my jeep. Great customer service

GBDisappointed I went back and forth with this repair 2x not to mention multiple calls / emails and dead ends pretty sure they even lost my tipm at one point.. My initial concern of a right front low beam out w/ a control circuit fault still remains which is now accompanied with a new concern which i already sent back to be rectified once and also still remains. I still do not have a low beam on right side and no brake lights on truck or trailer when connected.

GBGreat experience The entire process, from entering vehicle info to find the right part to returning my core, was extremely simple. The TIPM was packaged well with a really good manual for installation/troubleshooting tips. The included return label made it even easier. They even have very well made videos on YouTube for visual installation/troubleshooting tips. Also, the fact they let you turn your purchase into a "Rental" and will refund a large portion of your purchase price if it doesn't fix your problem is amazing. I am so impressed with every part of this process that I will be sure to send anyone their way if they are experiencing TIPM related issues. Easy 5 stars.
