I selected overnight shipping and it came literally the next morning. Got it installed and my jeep is back on the road with no problems. I am so happy with my experience. The dealership told me the part was on back order with no estimated time of arrival and I was able to get a quality part shipped and received within 24 hours.

Reman TIPM Problem Order #77207 reman TIPM FOR 2012 Ram 1500 would not communicate. Spoke with MAK's and was sent new TIPM. Problem solved. After speaking with MAK's, it was decided that my truck is one of the few that require new, not reman. Very happy with Henry and all others at MAK's that assisted me with this. Will purchase again. Great experience The entire process, from entering vehicle info to find the right part to returning my core, was extremely simple. The TIPM was packaged well with a really good manual for installation/troubleshooting tips. The included return label made it even easier. They even have very well made videos on YouTube for visual installation/troubleshooting tips. Also, the fact they let you turn your purchase into a "Rental" and will refund a large portion of your purchase price if it doesn't fix your problem is amazing. I am so impressed with every part of this process that I will be sure to send anyone their way if they are experiencing TIPM related issues. Easy 5 stars.
