Shipping Shipping, Shipping, Shipping , ordered on the 19th of Feb. Was told on the phone when i placed the order we should have my oil at the latest on that Friday. Did not even get a notice it shipped until the following Monday. The mentioned shipping times was the only reason I paid double from where I normally get the oil. Will not buy from you again. And I still dont have my order.

This is the best experience I have had… This is the best experience I have had purchasing the oil we use for our camaro. 5w 30 is almost impossible to get. It was delivered in a timely manner and the order was 100% accurate!!! The ordering process was easy and the price was more than reasonable. Great job! I will definitely be spreading the word for y'all!!

Material was in stock and ordered on… Material was in stock and ordered on 6/12. Had not received anything but the invoice so I sent an email and got a response that they would check into it. FEDEX tracking showed the material was picked up the next day and delivered that Friday 6/30. Leaves me the feeling that the order was dropped in their warehouse.

Customer Service A customer service representative, Charisse, called & emailed after my order was placed, to give me information on delivery dates. She took the extra step to make sure I knew that the lubricant that I ordered may be an extra day or so as it was out of stock. Thank you!

Committed Efforts Their website is realistically easy to navigate, view product options, container sizes, pricing, etc. Check out was straight forward and my order was shipped in a timely manner, not to mention it was the correct merchandise when I received it undamaged!! Thank you for the committed efforts.
