Ordered grease and way too often the… Ordered grease and way too often the tubes arrive mangled and difficult to actually use in a grease gun. This order from them arrived fine with only minor dents in the metal part of the cartridges. Way better than anything I have ever received from any one else. Reasonable prices on the speciality grease I use and prompt shipping.

Shipping Shipping, Shipping, Shipping , ordered on the 19th of Feb. Was told on the phone when i placed the order we should have my oil at the latest on that Friday. Did not even get a notice it shipped until the following Monday. The mentioned shipping times was the only reason I paid double from where I normally get the oil. Will not buy from you again. And I still dont have my order.

Hard to find coolant The Lubricant Store had some hard to find coolant (Mobil 1 Delvac Extended Life Antifreeze/Coolant) that I was unable to source anywhere locally for a piece of equipment I needed to install a block heater on and refill. By a stroke of luck it was shipped from a warehouse in NJ (Where my company is based out of), so it arrived quickly! Thanks! Will be purchasing from you guys in the future!

But then took a wrong turn somewhere and took an extensive amount of time to arrive causing our company unnecessary delays. Will probably only use again if absolutely essential or we have far more time to wait for the delivery.
