But then took a wrong turn somewhere and took an extensive amount of time to arrive causing our company unnecessary delays. Will probably only use again if absolutely essential or we have far more time to wait for the delivery.

Material was in stock and ordered on… Material was in stock and ordered on 6/12. Had not received anything but the invoice so I sent an email and got a response that they would check into it. FEDEX tracking showed the material was picked up the next day and delivered that Friday 6/30. Leaves me the feeling that the order was dropped in their warehouse.

Good price, easy, save on shipping. The Lubricant Store has some of the best pricing online, and buying is easy. I've purchased several 5 gallon pails of way oil at different times. It comes in the bucket with a shipping label stuck to the top. Note on shipping: my experience with 5 gallon pails, is order and ship one at a time. The shipping jumps a lot for two or more. My last purchase was three pails, and I just placed three separate orders. Saved a lot on shipping.

Ordered grease and way too often the… Ordered grease and way too often the tubes arrive mangled and difficult to actually use in a grease gun. This order from them arrived fine with only minor dents in the metal part of the cartridges. Way better than anything I have ever received from any one else.
