She was patient with us. She even helped us distribute food to participants. She picked us up on time and got us back to Birmingham in a timely manner. Great Experience Our driver, Chris, was fantastic. The shuttle arrived on time and even though we were a little behind schedule, Chris was very understanding. The bus was very nice and comfortable. The entire tour was a success.

The bus was great, clean had charging stations for every seat, and our drive George was the absolute best. He knew the travel routes well and was helpful in planning stops, pick up's etc. We highly highly recommend Metropolitan and hope to work with them soon again.

Great Customer Service Alusaine was fantastic. I had called several other transportation companies, and they were either booked or did not want to provide transportation based on our confidential situation. Alusaine didn’t hesitate to work with me and provide the Transporation needed. He stayed in contact and made sure we had what we needed.

Wedding in Quincy, MA We used Metropolitan Shuttle for our wedding and the service was great! We originally planned to have the driver make two pickups at the hotel to get guests to the ceremony and one at the end of the night to take guests back to the hotel, but the driver arrived early and provided an extra trip for any guests who didn't want to stay till the end. It's reasonably priced and provided our guests with a safe way to get to and from our wedding so they could enjoy the night fully! Will certainly recommend going forward.
