I hired Metropolitan Shuttle for a… I hired Metropolitan Shuttle for a company party so we could shuttle guests back and forth from their hotel. Our driver, John, was excellent. He was professional and very personable and came early to make sure he was at the correct location. Then he patiently waited for all guests to board. I would definitely hire Metropolitan Shuttle again.

This is my second review This is my second review, not sure what happened with my first. Extremely professional organization, spot on pickup and delivery to and from. Beautiful, New, large buses that shuttled us between airport and back with ease and smooth ride. Driver was very courteous and helpful loading and unloaded all luggage. Cost was competitive to all the quotes we received. Would use Metropolitan Shuttle in a heartbeat again for our company shuttle needs.

Great Customer Service Alusaine was fantastic. I had called several other transportation companies, and they were either booked or did not want to provide transportation based on our confidential situation. Alusaine didn’t hesitate to work with me and provide the Transporation needed. He stayed in contact and made sure we had what we needed.

Left Stranded This company left 30 children and 5 adults stranded in Forrest Falls at Winter Church Camp. The driver never showed up for pick up, apparently sent a picture of a random road to their dispatch, and never returned any of my calls. When I called the emergency after-hours line, none of the emergency dispatchers could be reached. I spent three hours on the phone trying to find out what was going on. We ended up finding another transportation company that came out, picked them all up, and brought them home safely. Zero communication from my trip coordinator Elena Tarasova, and zero communication from the driver Cash, other than a text at 12:34 pm that read "road blocked, call my company" and then multiple vulgar texts after 7 pm which I ended up blocking. Even though the Camp itself, the California Highway Patrol, and the other transportation company had no issue getting them back home safely. Do not use this company. Irresponsible and they put people at risk.

More than Amazing 10+++ Working with Metropolitan shuttle has been a great experience! As a planner I look for event vendors that are professional, flexible and team players and that's exactly how the Metro team works. Shuttles are beautiful and clean as well, big plus! Will use them for more events in the future.
