Wedding in Quincy, MA We used Metropolitan Shuttle for our wedding and the service was great! We originally planned to have the driver make two pickups at the hotel to get guests to the ceremony and one at the end of the night to take guests back to the hotel, but the driver arrived early and provided an extra trip for any guests who didn't want to stay till the end. It's reasonably priced and provided our guests with a safe way to get to and from our wedding so they could enjoy the night fully! Will certainly recommend going forward.

Excellent service Excellent service! Metropolitan Shuttle representative Al was patient, helpful and accessible. I worked with Metropolitan Shuttle for a bus for our staff appreciation event. It was an excellent experience, Al worked with us even to wire (the same day). Al ensured we had a bus and driver. He provided detailed instructions about pickup and drop-off location for our event on Dec. 2nd. The driver Jackie was excellent, he arrived 30 minutes early and waited for our staff to arrive. We booked Metropolitan Shuttle for a…IMTS 2022 We booked Metropolitan Shuttle for a week for the IMTS 2022 trade show in Chicago, what a nightmare for our guests, late to pick up both at hotel and McCormick place. Drivers didn't know where to go. You would think that the drivers would be familiar with such major locations and how traffic is in the city of Chicago. We will not use or recommend this service to anyone needing such services, I've sent two emails to the sales rep and as of today no reply. Does anyone think this is good customer service?

Quick and easy service and safe driver -

Outstanding Outstanding! Our driver, Bill Kistler, was safe, courteous, and very, very professional. The buses were as clean as any bus I'd even been on. They were on-time (actually early which worked out perfectly for us) both to and from our dinner event. Three different trips from hotel to restaurant were needed as some attendees were in meetings ending at different times. Not a problem as everyone was accommodated. I would absolutely recommend Metropolitan Shuttle to anyone in the highest possible way.
