Highly Recommend Our driver, Youssef was great. He was on time for all pick up locations and was a pleasant driver. Dave, the Sales Manager was most helpful and prompt in correspondence when arranging our event. The shuttle was immaculate, newer, clean. Our clients really enjoyed the ride. Highly recommend.

Excellent service Excellent service! Metropolitan Shuttle representative Al was patient, helpful and accessible. I worked with Metropolitan Shuttle for a bus for our staff appreciation event. It was an excellent experience, Al worked with us even to wire (the same day). Al ensured we had a bus and driver. He provided detailed instructions about pickup and drop-off location for our event on Dec. 2nd. The driver Jackie was excellent, he arrived 30 minutes early and waited for our staff to arrive. Many thanks Al, Jackie and the Metropolitan Shuttle team.

Left Stranded This company left 30 children and 5 adults stranded in Forrest Falls at Winter Church Camp. The driver never showed up for pick up, apparently sent a picture of a random road to their dispatch, and never returned any of my calls. When I called the emergency after-hours line, none of the emergency dispatchers could be reached. I spent three hours on the phone trying to find out what was going on. We ended up finding another transportation company that came out, picked them all up, and brought them home safely. Zero communication from my trip coordinator Elena Tarasova, and zero communication from the driver Cash, other than a text at 12:34 pm that read "road blocked, call my company" and then multiple vulgar texts after 7 pm which I ended up blocking. Even though the Camp itself, the California Highway Patrol, and the other transportation company had no issue getting them back home safely. Do not use this company. Irresponsible and they put people at risk.

More than Amazing 10+++ Working with Metropolitan shuttle has been a great experience! As a planner I look for event vendors that are professional, flexible and team players and that's exactly how the Metro team works. Shuttles are beautiful and clean as well, big plus! Will use them for more events in the future.

Great service Great service, on time, better bus then expected, driver was a bit rude, but no big deal. Overall great night, driver gave us what we wanted. Great job Thank you Metropolitan, will definitely recommend you anytime!
