Great product, delivery time, exceptional quality Ordered the ceramic brake pads along with the drilled/slotted rotors, and everything came in perfect condition with everything needed for oem install, great quality, and an affordable price. I’ve had them installed for about 3 months now on my G37 coupe, and have had no issues whatsoever. There’s no excessive sound and they provide sufficient stopping power. 10/10 would buy again. (Completely honest review from a broke college student that loves cars)

Incredible customer service!! After ordering the wrong parts, my own fault, these guys did an amazing job helping me solve my issue! The customer service is phenomenal! I've been ordering and buying car parts for 35 years and I can not recall ever having better service! No I was NOT paid to say any of this, I just am very impressed! Never again Ok, I ordered parts for my 2wd dodge truck. They sent me parts for a 4wd truck. I jumped through all the hoops that they requested. I've spent more time trying to get this corrected than it did to do the job. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Never, never again. I will pay more for the parts I need than to go through this s#$show again.

I got refund without any delay I have made 2 separate orders , the first one was out of stock , I got very disappointed since they notified me several days later , but they refunded me right away. On the second order , it was huge delay shipping it . I got very disappointed and called them. The customer rep told me that I should wait to get response from the manager, no one did get back to me, so I called again and asked to cancel the order , again it took 3 days to get a reply saying that my order was canceled while the part was already on the way to me I found out they were waiting for FedEx to pickup the package, that was the problem. it took FedEx 4 days to pick up the package. Anyway the part was returned back to them and I got refund right away. I give them credit for being honest and refund customers when they don't have parts .I would recommend ordering parts from them.
