ITNot sure if I will use this again I'd prefer to give a rating when I have got back my car. I don't see how I can give a rating when a service to a client is not completed. Found it very expensive. I'd prefer to go to my known Mechanic next time. Avoid it completely.

GBI was expecting a telephone call or… I was expecting a telephone call or text before collection of the car, which did not come. The cost of the work was extremely high, and while I cannt compare it with anything, or say that it was wrong, it was a geart shock to the system

GBGood service Good service. Phone call received as per instructions and car was collected an hour later. Call from main center to explain what additional work needed to be done. Very helpful

ESUseless Useless, I explained that I was about to start radiotherapy and due to mobility issues I wanted both cars serviced and MOT done the week before. Didn't turn up on the first day hours of phone calls came the second day. Phone call saying that their mechanic wasn't up to electrical issues, but charged me £175 to print out what the car was telling me and him..... Monday didn't turn up,Tuesday didn't turn up. I clearly stated that due radiotherapy I needed them to collect the car at 08:00, Confirmation of booking between 09:00 and 11:00?????? If you like looking out of your windows waiting for the cowboy 🤠,use these Heartless bas.... Avoid.
