From what I saw on the screen before making payment, I remember that it said that cancellation was possible without conditions up to 24 hours in advance. However, after making the payment, it says that if I cancel even 24 hours in advance, I will have to pay a 20% penalty. I have problems with Thrifty I have problems with Thrifty, i have paid my full reservation, but my car wasn´t when i arrive to the counter. They said i need to wait for 3 hours for me car. They have other options, by the double of the original price, so, i take another car, because i was so tired

Great Rental and Service Slight delay on pickup due to 3rd party but these guys stepped up to resolve it quickly and get me on my way. Excellent service and grateful for all their help.
