Depending on if there are charges added at the time or after I pick up the vehicle, I will rate it higher or lower. For what I experienced now 4 stars fits.

It's good to be able to choose a good It's good to be able to choose a good price after comparing several sites. It is good to be able to search for information on the car rental website after making a reservation. I don't know what's particularly bad about it.

Teddy in LAX was good guy, Anthony in Las Vegas was nice guy as well Teddy in LAX was good guy, so kind, I can definitely conclude that he is a second father in USA. On the way we suffer a problem that the window on the roof doesn’t close. But the guy in Las Vegas whose name Anthony, helped me so kindly, he is very nice person. I was moved. Next time I came here, I promise you that I use dollar rent-a-car.

Overall satisfaction. I had problems with the payment process and an assistant solved it in a matter of minutes. Then I couldn't find my reservation number and an assistant help me right away and sent a copy of the voucher to my email. Overall, great experience so far.
