KRI wanted pick up the car a day early I wanted pick up the car a day early. When I tried to arrange this online, I could not fine my reservation because I did not receive a voucher with 9 digit voucher number. I was not able to find my reservation at the rentingcarz online site because non of numbers on my voucher was 9 digit. I called the customer service center, the man also was not able to identify my reservation with any of my information (name, e-mail, voucher number, account number, confirmation number) I had to e-mail the customer service. I received reply less than 1 hour, which was fast, but modification of reservation was not possible. But they offered me a new option and will send me a link to pay the difference. I do not know yet whether they will charge 20% of previous reservation for processing fee and make a new reservation. Either they charge or not I am content with fast response. I think I will use this site again.

KRMore affordable than every other site… More affordable than every other site we viewed. Maybe it varies on rental car company, but we were also able to view liability/CDW details through this site (we used Hertz).

COGood option for the price The service was quite delayed to pick up the car because of paper work, and the car wasn´t totally clean. However the price was a very good offer and we'd no problems with the car, also they were flexible with the schedule of the reservation
