Got exactly what I needed- but the… Got exactly what I needed- but the phone experience was strange. Lots of department extensions but no one answered the phone, had to try several times to finally get a hold of someone. But when I finally did, it went smooth and got my stuff fast

Wait time and communication was terrible I was told shipping was 1-5 days depending on where i was but it took 2-3 weeks to come in and I called 3 times and first 2 times I was told there was no delay, and on the 3rd time I was finally told it there was delay because a part was on backorder. I was told this mid way into the 2nd week. I hope you guys do better with notifying customers when there are delays. Or just simply have a message on the page saying delayed or atleast backorder. I'm sure the part is very good but the wait time and lack of communication is why I gave 2 stars

It was advertized as "Axels" in the… It was advertized as "Axels" in the writing and pictures. It was a single axels. I did not read the fine print I guess. But I wont do it again with you. Received a reply stating exactly what I just said. I did not read the fine print showing it was a single axel and you had to pick a side. It even states "Axels" plural in the link I was sent. Axel is single, Axels is more than one according to 1st grade english. All pictures show 2 at the listed price.
