GBGreat Company 10 Second Racing I Never heard of 10 second racing but I gave them a chance. I will say they did deliver my package on time. They also sent an online receipt and tracking number. My product was delivered in excellent condition. I will defiantly use them again.

GBExcellent customer service Update as of 2/21: Shortly after I received the updated response below, my order was shipped and at my door days later. Despite the initial miscommunication I am thrilled with this result, great customer service!! Ordered a mount kit almost 2 weeks ago that the website said was in stock. Okay great. Well a week goes by, no update or shipping information. I reach out to customer service and am told to standby for a tracking number or further update. 5 days later, no response including to follow up messages regarding the status of the order. I'm hoping this is simply a lapse in service, an instance of something falling through the cracks, and would be happy to update this review if/when my order ships.

GBOutstanding service by Dan and the⦠Outstanding service by Dan and the engineer. I purchased an efi system through summit few months back. Just now installing and summit was absolutely useless with tech support. Dan and a tuning expert helped me calibrate the system to run perfectly. I guess I know where I'm going next time I need more parts

GBWait time and communication was terrible I was told shipping was 1-5 days depending on where i was but it took 2-3 weeks to come in and I called 3 times and first 2 times I was told there was no delay, and on the 3rd time I was finally told it there was delay because a part was on backorder. I was told this mid way into the 2nd week. I hope you guys do better with notifying customers when there are delays. Or just simply have a message on the page saying delayed or atleast backorder. I'm sure the part is very good but the wait time and lack of communication is why I gave 2 stars
