Just now installing and summit was absolutely useless with tech support. Dan and a tuning expert helped me calibrate the system to run perfectly. I guess I know where I'm going next time I need more parts

GBMisleading So I orders a Stillen air intake that was labeled as “In Stock, Ready to Ship”. I ordered it and was given a 1-3 days shipping time but it has now been close to two weeks and I have received nothing but two emails saying basically “we have received your order, idk when it’s coming though”. I wouldn’t advertise a 1-3 day shipping time if you cannot keep up on it. Also getting in contact with them is a nightmare. I’ve tried to email and call their phone numbers and email addresses but they have never picked up or emailed back. I am still waiting for my intake for about 5x the advertised waiting time. Can I get in contact with a representative or something??

GBNo bs.. great service! came across 10 second racing while searching for brembo pads and was a bit hesitant because I never heard of these guys before. Didnt pressure me to purchase. I usually ask 100 questions on purpose to see if they know there stuff and they did. Ray was super patient helped me through the entire process, gave me a discount and even made sure i got some free merch added to my order. i was told the pads would take a few days to ship but was surprised to get it after 2 days, clutch!

GBWhat I enjoyed most about 10 Second… What I enjoyed most about 10 Second Racing was their attention to detail. They asked many questions about what I was looking for when considering different EFI systems. Most companies today want your card first and address your concerns when it’s too late. Even after the new system came in their tuning specialist spent an hour on the phone with me calibrating the settings. Absolute dynamite service all around!

GBOrdered a product that was advertised… Ordered a product that was advertised as in stock and ready for despatch, waited 3 weeks for them to dispatch an empty box to me. No response to my emails requesting updates, account stated shipped but the tracking info contradicted this, I was ultimately forced to chargeback the transaction. You can see the childish "customer service" below. Go to a trusted retailer such as Steeda or BBK that ship directly to the uk... No merchandise etc was sent by 10, just some stickers... cheers... Buyer beware!
