GBThe customer service is not open on… The customer service is not open on weekends. That's a inconvenience due to people during the week day. Then it takes up to 3 weeks to get reimbursed for a partial paid maintenance plan. Either it should be free or do not offered it especial for the monthly payment I'm paying for your service. I will be looking for another company that's equal to your coverage for a better price.

GBKaitlyn was very GOOD in helping me… Kaitlyn was very GOOD in helping me resolve my issue but I give the adjuster a 1 star. Omega needs to address the rudeness of the adjuster that answered my call she hung up on me and over talked me. Kaitlyn heard me out, understood what I was asking, made sure my issue was resolved and was very kind. She even emailed me if I needed further help. Due to her professionalism I stayed with Omega if I had not reached her I would have NEVER done business with the company again. Thank you Kaitlyn!!

GBFailure to cover The upper an lower radiator hose was not coverd. This should be covered under the $100 deductible. It's part of the cooling system for the engine an transmission. If the cooling system fails then the engine an trans also fail, causing the company an expensive repair bill that could have been prevented.
