I paid $3,000 for this extended… I paid $3,000 for this extended warranty and when we tried to use it for a repair that was $2,000 nothing was paid except $175 I believe and that was after being on the phone with Omega and General Motors. We had to pay $1875 on that repair. Unfortunately shortly after that the vehicle was back in the shop because the air conditioner wasn’t work and again we had to pay more than we expected to pay but didn’t have the energy to fight again. Will not recommend your service to anyone.

The customer service is not open on… The customer service is not open on weekends. That's a inconvenience due to people during the week day. Then it takes up to 3 weeks to get reimbursed for a partial paid maintenance plan. Either it should be free or do not offered it especial for the monthly payment I'm paying for your service. I will be looking for another company that's equal to your coverage for a better price.

Kaitlyn was very GOOD in helping me… Kaitlyn was very GOOD in helping me resolve my issue but I give the adjuster a 1 star. Omega needs to address the rudeness of the adjuster that answered my call she hung up on me and over talked me. Kaitlyn heard me out, understood what I was asking, made sure my issue was resolved and was very kind. She even emailed me if I needed further help. Due to her professionalism I stayed with Omega if I had not reached her I would have NEVER done business with the company again. Thank you Kaitlyn!!

I was told that I would get some money… I was told that I would get some money back for changing my breaks and haven't gotten any thing back.
