GBThe customer service is not open on… The customer service is not open on weekends. That's a inconvenience due to people during the week day. Then it takes up to 3 weeks to get reimbursed for a partial paid maintenance plan. Either it should be free or do not offered it especial for the monthly payment I'm paying for your service. I will be looking for another company that's equal to your coverage for a better price.

GBOmega Auto Care helped me understand my… Omega Auto Care helped me understand my policy with them. I am grateful for that because I've never had an auto care policy before and was pretty clueless.

GBI paid $3,000 for this extended… I paid $3,000 for this extended warranty and when we tried to use it for a repair that was $2,000 nothing was paid except $175 I believe and that was after being on the phone with Omega and General Motors. We had to pay $1875 on that repair. Unfortunately shortly after that the vehicle was back in the shop because the air conditioner wasn’t work and again we had to pay more than we expected to pay but didn’t have the energy to fight again. Will not recommend your service to anyone.
