GBFailure to cover The upper an lower radiator hose was not coverd. This should be covered under the $100 deductible. It's part of the cooling system for the engine an transmission. If the cooling system fails then the engine an trans also fail, causing the company an expensive repair bill that could have been prevented.

GBDespite many calls Despite many calls, emails texts and mailing to the address I was given I have yet to receive the $40 reimbursement for an oil change in June 2023. The people I have talked to seem very helpful but still nothing. I was told the check was issued on 8/15 but never received . I would be very reluctant to recommend this company to friends
