I inquired via chat and they told me to give it more time. I waited 4 days over the weekend and rechecked. No change. I called and the agent said she would call me back, but never did. I left a negative review. I tried the chat and ended up chatting with Mark. He said the order was lost so they sent another part via UPS 2nd day air. They sent the order the day after my first inquiry. The order arrived the next day - it had been drop shipped from an ebay vendor. In the end I got the part and Mark worked to make things right.
