Worked Out In the End Long Story Short - I ordered a part. After two days I checked the order status and it said label created but not received by UPS. I inquired via chat and they told me to give it more time. I waited 4 days over the weekend and rechecked. No change. I called and the agent said she would call me back, but never did. I left a negative review. I tried the chat and ended up chatting with Mark. He said the order was lost so they sent another part via UPS 2nd day air. They sent the order the day after my first inquiry. The order arrived the next day - it had been drop shipped from an ebay vendor. In the end I got the part and Mark worked to make things right.

Liars and cons Ordered in stock part with next day air early shipping. Week later canceled order since it still had not come yet. Threatened to sue them for their deceptive business practices. Still waiting on my refund. Horrible experience and recommend no one ever order from them.

FIRST TRUCK PARTS HAD THE PART I NEEDED… FIRST TRUCK PARTS HAD THE PART I NEEDED AT A FAIR PRICE. PART WAS A LITTLE DELAYED IN SHIPPING BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER ALL OVER THE COUNTRY SO THAT WAS UNDERSTANDABLE. PART WORKED AS IT SHOULD. WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Good and caring customer service and follow through It was easy to order online and the material was shipped in the time frame promised and the packaging was good so there was no damage. Unfortunately, the repair shop gave us the wrong part number so it had to be returned. Markus and his colleagues at Firsttruckparts were cooperative and prompt in guiding us through the return process and notified us when they had received the return.

1) TRACKING INFO REQUESTED SEVERAL… 1) TRACKING INFO REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE ARRIVING, 2) PRODUCT WAS ORDERED 12/18/2023 WITH 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS SHIPPING, I EXPRESSLY ASKED IF PRODUCT WAS ON HAND AT LOCATION AND WAS RESPONDED TO WITH A YES, HOWEVER PRODUCT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL A WEEK LATER AND DID NOT ARRIVE UNITL JANUARY 4TH. 3) WHEN PRODUCT DID ARRIVE IT WAS DAMAGED, THE BOX IT CAME IN WAS IN GOOD CONDITION SO THE PRODUCT WAS BOXED WITHOUT INSPECTION AND DAMAGE. THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION WAS DESTROYED UPON ARRIVAL.
