Product is such a disappointment Product is such a disappointment, as it doesn't look anything like it was pictured. I was expecting leather with a silver metal insignia....and it is nothing like what was shown. Such a waste of money.

Excellent Customer Service This is an amazing company. Not only are their products top quality their customer service is something you don’t find today. The response to my email inquiry wasn’t a couple of days or hours but rather a couple of minutes. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction that day even though it wasn’t their fault. This is a company I will promote to anyone who needs their products and will use them again.

The Audi trunk bag is bigger and more… The Audi trunk bag is bigger and more durable than I expected. I love it! I also got the in- between the seats bag. I should have checked that my headrest came out,that is my issue but I made it work anyway. Great quality on both items and I will definitely order more.
