GBCame with Holes I was very disappointed with the quality of the seat covers I received. They were thin and cheap looking. I put the first one on and it had tiny holes in it already. I contacted Delicate Learher and sent photos, and they told me they would look into it.

GBOrdering the product was simple Ordering the product was simple. Delivery proved to be a bit of a challenge. The delivery agent was unable to access my secure building and did not call so they left my package just next to the entrance of the building. Unfortunately in that location it is easily visible from the street and in time between when the package was dropped off and my receipt of an email advising of the drop off, my package was stolen. I advised Delicate Leather of the circumstances and simply wrote off the experience. Within hours I received a response from DL apologizing for the experience and offered to rectify the problem. How cool.

GBHad a miss up with my first delivery… Had a miss up with my first delivery and reach out to customer service and they responded and reprocessed and reshipped my order and all was well. The product was perfect for me so definitely 5 stars for me!

GBI mistakenly ordered the wrong color… I mistakenly ordered the wrong color car seat gap holder and immediately upon receipt I emailed Delicate Leather and asked if I could exchange it. First of all, someone got back to me immediately and then by the next day I got a confirmation that they had looked into my concern. Even thou the mistake was most definitely mine they found a solution. Now that is a company that I want to do business with. 5 Stars +
