Great lights! I have purchased led conversion lights from this company and had to get them warrantied after years of use. I upgraded to the newest model they had and noticed a good difference in coverage especially with the high beams compared to the old ones. I’m happy with these lights!

Do not Buy from Headlight Experts Their lights do not fit without modification as advertised. They will not give a 100% refund even though they false advertise direct fit without modifications. They will call you an amateur and claim you don't know how to install headlights. If you tell them you are going to report them to Consumer Protections they will threaten you and claim they are going to get you in trouble with you employer.

2nd Time Customer, Not Returning - Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service I've ordered two HID kits for two different vehicles. First kit works great on my Audi. The second kit for my 2016 F-150 has been a bit of a disaster. First, they sent the kit without the relay harness even though I had ordered one... Called about it.. no biggie, they sent it out promptly. I get everything installed properly by a professional.. groundings are good, connections good, but sometimes the lights burst in brightness then quickly revert to normal brightness. I called customer service and the guy who answered was probably the most unprofessional and rude customer service agent I have ever encountered... and for no reason. I was nothing but polite. He even told me I didn't have a relay harness, when I absolutely do, and I absolutely sent in a photo of it to them. Did he apologize? No. When I asked him what his name was, he hung up on me. This is atrocious customer service. If it were my business I'd fire this person promptly, and judging from other reviews I'm not the only customer who's been affected.

I have been extreamly happy with all my purchases and I have peace of mind that I will be happy with my purchase thanks to their great product reviews! It took 17 days to get delivered! It took 17 days to get delivered! Which they say 2-3 days to deliver. In the time I was waiting for the product I had to contact them and ask why I hadn't received the product. They gave me the runaround saying it was shipping soon that it would be to my place within 2-3 days. I watched the tracking # and the product never got shipped. I finally got fed up with them lying to me and told them to cancel my order. They said they would pull the order and not ship it. Well to my surprise the product showed up almost a week later. (By this time I had purchased it somewhere else and already installed it.) They said to return to sender and they would credit me back. They credited me back minus the restocking fee and shipping. I complained enough they gave me my restocking fee back but not shipping. Buyers beware! I read the other complaints but figured I'd try. I purchase a lot of LED lights too! I've never had this kind of customer service! They are terrible to work with! Other companies like Amazon are way better than these guys!
