Just replaced headlight experts with… Just replaced headlight experts with Sylvania in my mom's f250. After multiple blown fuses, the anti flicker modules shorting out and then half of one led failing, I decided to buy a name brand product. Don't buy headlight experts Chinese crappola! They refuse a refund when new after I discovered the cheap Chinese quality or I'd never even have installed in the first place!

LED replacement on son's Prius I had LED lights installed on my son's 2011 Prius by a local shop thinking they would be safer and brighter. That was not the case. I purchased the H11 bulbs from Headlight Experts and received them promptly. I was able to do the installation in less than 30 minutes and the outcome was great. I had to ask one question about the warning light capacitor included in the kit and my question was answered immediately. You cannot go wrong with purchasing replacement bulbs from Headlight Experts.

Haven't even gotten the product yet. I placed an order from their website which stated "Get it in 2 business days with free shipping if ordered in the next:" (cut directly from their site). It didn't ship until the end of the second day and I won't receive it until 4 days after ordering (Maybe). I don't have a problem with things getting delayed, but when I contacted them, they won't even acknowledge that there is an issue. Fingers crossed their products are better than their service.

It took 17 days to get delivered! It took 17 days to get delivered! Which they say 2-3 days to deliver. In the time I was waiting for the product I had to contact them and ask why I hadn't received the product. They gave me the runaround saying it was shipping soon that it would be to my place within 2-3 days. I watched the tracking # and the product never got shipped. I finally got fed up with them lying to me and told them to cancel my order. They said they would pull the order and not ship it. Well to my surprise the product showed up almost a week later. (By this time I had purchased it somewhere else and already installed it.) They said to return to sender and they would credit me back. They credited me back minus the restocking fee and shipping. I complained enough they gave me my restocking fee back but not shipping. Buyers beware! I read the other complaints but figured I'd try. I purchase a lot of LED lights too! I've never had this kind of customer service! They are terrible to work with! Other companies like Amazon are way better than these guys!
