GBI made a (small) mistake in forgetting… I made a (small) mistake in forgetting to press enter after I put in my credit card details. I finally noticed the next day. I checked everything was OK and that I hadn't actually completed the booking, pressed enter with all the fields filled in and it jumped back into offering me to start booking a trip which I already thought I'd finished. I had to check again that nothing had gone through my bank. I quite understand you need to jump back when I accidentally leave it that long but you really should indicate clearly to me that I have to start again due to its being too long to complete rather than leave me wondering whether it did or did not complete. Having said that, you're a wonderful offering for us and our experience with you is seriously good!

BSI have been booking thru Kemwel for… I have been booking thru Kemwel for over 15 years with the exception of 2020 due to Covid restrictions. Never had a problem and can't rate them more highly than 5Stars
