Very reliable!!! I can always rely on Kemwel especially when it comes to the insurance coverage for renting in Europe. Kemwel has the best rates and the car companies do not try to talk you into extra coverage at the counter because the contract is sealed. Customer service is also very good.

If only they could work with the folks in the rental places to stop them from taking advantage or tired travelers just arriving, particularly at Heathrow from the States, and upselling every conceivable item and scaring the daylights out of everyone!!
