GBI made a (small) mistake in forgetting… I made a (small) mistake in forgetting to press enter after I put in my credit card details. I finally noticed the next day. I checked everything was OK and that I hadn't actually completed the booking, pressed enter with all the fields filled in and it jumped back into offering me to start booking a trip which I already thought I'd finished. I had to check again that nothing had gone through my bank. I quite understand you need to jump back when I accidentally leave it that long but you really should indicate clearly to me that I have to start again due to its being too long to complete rather than leave me wondering whether it did or did not complete. Having said that, you're a wonderful offering for us and our experience with you is seriously good!

GBI always rent cars from Kemwel I always rent cars from Kemwel, either overseas or in the US. I have never been disappointed by the choice of cars, but above all their customers service is excellent, much better than the car rental companies themselves.

GBAlways had good dealings with Kemwel Always had good dealings with Kemwel. If only they could work with the folks in the rental places to stop them from taking advantage or tired travelers just arriving, particularly at Heathrow from the States, and upselling every conceivable item and scaring the daylights out of everyone!! Same could be said for almost all car hire places, although had fabulous experience in New Zealand!!! thanks

GBI always and only use Kemwel I always and only use Kemwel when renting a car overseas. Prices are great, customer service is fantastic, and they've been hugely helpful when we've run into problems with flights in France and had to keep our car longer.
