The product came on time (3 days) without any issues , I'm glad I was convince to get the Bendpak brand. Because, the Quality speaks fo it self . I received great service and would be glad to do it again! I ordered my BendPak 4-post car lift through Bigboysgaragetoys. They let me know immediately that they had received my order and how it would be shipped. When shipping info was available, they let me know that, too and helped to follow up when it was waiting to be moved to a nearby dock for pick up. One part of my order wasn't with the rest and they quickly got it taken care of. I am very happy with my lift and the service I received!
