Great service and communications Fantastic customer service. Owner called me within 10 minutes of my online order - ON A SUNDAY - to let me know the product was on backorder, and to give me an ETA. The shipment arrived from the manufacturer right when he said it would, and I got a prompt email with freight tracking info. They used a top-tier freight company with great and fast service, also. Great follow-up and communication throughout the buying process, and after the sale. I give Scott and Big Boys Garage Toys my highest recommendation.

great follow up! Scott was great, very attentive and detail oriented. Other vendors I've dealt with over the years are terrible at getting back to you with answers, but not Scott. Every conversation or email ended with "is there anything I can help you with?" When my order arrived from the manufacturer damaged (by the trucking company), Scott acted on my behalf to get a speedy resolution. Highly recommended!

Scott was very helpful through out the process and arranged for single point delivery which saved us $. The lifts were delivers very timely.
