Fast Service, Great Customer Support! Ordered the BL-3500 Quickjack for our electric car repairs. Item arrived with some minor shipping damage and the quick connect fittings leaked a bit. Told BigBoysGarageToys about the issues and they immediately put me in contact with Ranger's customer support. New quick connects and broken transport wheels arrived in the mail within two days! I received great service and would be glad to do it again! I ordered my BendPak 4-post car lift through Bigboysgaragetoys. They let me know immediately that they had received my order and how it would be shipped. When shipping info was available, they let me know that, too and helped to follow up when it was waiting to be moved to a nearby dock for pick up. One part of my order wasn't with the rest and they quickly got it taken care of. I am very happy with my lift and the service I received!

Bendpak HD-9 Great product and great service. I purchased a Bendpak HD-9 from Scott at Bigboysgaragetoys.com. It had some minor damage and Scott got right on it, he contacted Jason at Bendpak and they took care of immediately. The HD-9 is a well designed product, everything fits and works as it should.
