The product came on time (3 days) without any issues , I'm glad I was convince to get the Bendpak brand. Because, the Quality speaks fo it self . great follow up! Scott was great, very attentive and detail oriented. Other vendors I've dealt with over the years are terrible at getting back to you with answers, but not Scott. Every conversation or email ended with "is there anything I can help you with?" When my order arrived from the manufacturer damaged (by the trucking company), Scott acted on my behalf to get a speedy resolution. Highly recommended!

Bendpak HD-9 Great product and great service. I purchased a Bendpak HD-9 from Scott at Bigboysgaragetoys.com.
