TY so much I was asking in my area at different shops how much to swap out my throttle actuators and Desi Auto Care gave me the lowest quote! Dylan schedules for me to come in and the quote stayed exactly same. Chris scanned my ECU to make sure my actuators was the real issue and he called me to give confirmation. I would recommend this shop to anybody who wants an honest BMW mechanic and who do not charge an arm & leg! When I receive my E60/M5 back and issue was gone. Steering Pump My awesome realtor recommends me here. Ridiculous high quote email received from local Mercedes dealer for steering pump replacement and I searched for 2nd opinion. Desi Auto Care was much, much lower in prices. They resolved the steering issue completely and didn't try to upsell me un-needed repairs. Staff was very approachable to deal with and my Benz 250SLK was ready on promised time, but they stayed open for me when I came 40 minutes late after closing to pick it up. While I'm hoping it's awhile before Mercedes problems pop up, I will sure be back if they do!!

Original parts and great job I feel better having my Infiniti repaired here. I know I get quality original parts. I know the diagnostic is perfect to identify issues. On highway 60 MPH I was having a brake pulsation with some steering wheel vibration. Sometimes I do not like the outcome because there is a surprise repair- but one my Infiniti can’t drive without. So, it is repaired before the car is destroyed. But then the (and it it’s surprise) there’s something Chris have done without telling me, even if it’s as simple as replacing my small headlamps. There are few places like Desi Auto Care: expertise, quality, honest and a quirky smart technician to make you grit your teeth and ‘get it’ done right.

Yes! Recommended Desi Auto Care has performed many jobs done on my Audi A4 including a full engine replacement. Josh always takes time to explain all repair job to me, regardless of the complexity and provides all of my options in depth and prices are unbeatable. Their way of doing business is refreshing. I also brought my Mercedes in to have them check the strange knocking sound from one of the front wheels. Doug spent time investigating the problem, taking the car for a drive and putting it up on a lift to inspect the wheel. He found no errors, and returned the car to me at no money- charge, saying that there was nothing to "fix", so there was no charge.
