A great experience with excellent service from true professionals What a great experience so far. Working with Judy through multiple calls and emails, while I was still on the road. Judy helped me figure out my best options and was even able to modify the final destination for me as weather conditions changed. I live in MN and shipped from TX. Our weather in April can be horrific, and that is what happened at the last minute. Judy was very professional and clear, helping me change my original scheduled pickup from a Federal Loading site in St. Paul, to my home address. Federal is lucky to have people with Judy's knowledge, skill and patience. I'll be shipping again with Federal in the future, no doubt!

TEN STARS and MORE If I could give Federal Transport TEN stars I would. They made the transport of my husband’s bike from Portland, OR to Austin, TX totally seamless AND affordable. I worked directly with Tessa who feels more like family now than an service provider. The delivery of the bike is a Father’s Day surprise to my husband. Fantastic experience Fantastic experience. I shipped two Harleys from San Jose to Chicago and back and everything went great. Bikes were well taken care of - not a scratch on either bike after 4,300 miles of transit. Everyone involved in the process was both friendly and professional. Communication was prompt and tracking was easy throughout. Highly recommend.

the pallet this year was better than… the pallet this year was better than the past years (14) that I have used you. Don't know the reason the motorcycle was needed to be retied but it was and not a great job. More care needs to be taken by the staff. I have used you for 14 years; during those years there has been several problems, and increasing pricing that now have me thinking about using other companies.

Stress eliminator I was thoroughly pleased with the service. Crew arrived early on pick up day, used great care loading the bike. 1 week later (as promised) I was called by the delivery crew & bike was delivered to a parking lot 200 yds from my house (main road, lots of traffic). Again, great care in unloading. I would not hesitate in using them in the future if need arises.
