Shipping time was a couple of days longer than quoted because the hand-off in route was missed. This wasn't an issue since I did not have a deadline or a schedule I had to meet.

This was my first time shipping a bike This was my first time shipping a bike. I shipped from the DC area to San Diego for a trip to Baja and then back from San Diego to DC. It was easy to set up the transport. The folks on the phone were easy to deal with and very knowledgeable I dropped the bike and picked it up at regional warehouses. The warehouse transport workers were very professional, they had some really good pallets And straps for tying the bike down. Everything happened on time and was very professional. I would use this transport service again!

So impressed! So impressed! I have been utilizing the Federal Companies (FunTransport) to ship motorcycles between Maryland & Las Vegas since 2007 - probably 7-8 times total. Never had any issues. The customer service is always outstanding at every turn.

20 years of great rides We started shipping our bikes with Federal and Jennifer in 2000. We have had nothing but fantastic service and outstanding experience dealing with them.
