Stress eliminator I was thoroughly pleased with the service. Crew arrived early on pick up day, used great care loading the bike. 1 week later (as promised) I was called by the delivery crew & bike was delivered to a parking lot 200 yds from my house (main road, lots of traffic). Again, great care in unloading. I would not hesitate in using them in the future if need arises.

BMW Motorcycle from NC to South Sound Motorcycles, Fife, WA I spoke with Judy Gordon on December 23rd and made arrangements for Federal Company to pick up my BMW motorcycle in NC and ship it to the dealership in Fife, Washington. My bike will be loaded into a container on February 23rd so Judy told me it would arrive in Fife by February 11th. The bike was picked up January 22nd, just when she said it would. The bike made it to the dealership on Friday, January 31st. All along the bike's route, I received notices of its location and that was much appreciated. Thank you, Judy!

I have used FunTransport for 5 years I have used FunTransport for 5 years. My motorcycle arrives at its destination on time and without any damage whatsoever. I have used other transport companies and while they might be cheaper, the delivery took three times as long and my motorcycles sustained damage. Harley Davidson Transport I recently purchased a 1999 Harley Davidson from Paradise Harley Davidson in Beaverton OR and had it shipped to Harrisburg, PA Although the motorcycle was damaged in shipping, Judy Gordon w/ Federal in Peoria, IL has made the claims process painless thus far. I have filed a claim w/ Kimberlee at CRST and am hoping the process goes quickly. I'd just like to announce that Judy Gordon is a true professional in every way. My hat is off. Scheduling was very easy Scheduling was very easy, the price was the best I found, and the motorcycle was delivered without a scratch. The only issue was the original pickup date had to change to the next day since the driver didn't have the correct equipment to pick up the bike on the scheduled date. Once we got past the pickup date snafu, communication was great and everything was perfect.
