A great experience with excellent service from true professionals What a great experience so far. Working with Judy through multiple calls and emails, while I was still on the road. Judy helped me figure out my best options and was even able to modify the final destination for me as weather conditions changed. I live in MN and shipped from TX. Our weather in April can be horrific, and that is what happened at the last minute. Judy was very professional and clear, helping me change my original scheduled pickup from a Federal Loading site in St. Paul, to my home address. Federal is lucky to have people with Judy's knowledge, skill and patience. I'll be shipping again with Federal in the future, no doubt!

Harley Davidson Transport I recently purchased a 1999 Harley Davidson from Paradise Harley Davidson in Beaverton OR and had it shipped to Harrisburg, PA Although the motorcycle was damaged in shipping, Judy Gordon w/ Federal in Peoria, IL has made the claims process painless thus far. I have filed a claim w/ Kimberlee at CRST and am hoping the process goes quickly. I'd just like to announce that Judy Gordon is a true professional in every way. My hat is off. Stress eliminator I was thoroughly pleased with the service. Crew arrived early on pick up day, used great care loading the bike. 1 week later (as promised) I was called by the delivery crew & bike was delivered to a parking lot 200 yds from my house (main road, lots of traffic). Again, great care in unloading. I would not hesitate in using them in the future if need arises.
