It is Great when things work EXACTLY as expected! This was my first experience ever shipping a motorcycle or any vehicle for that matter. The process was real great from start to finish. The representative I spoke to initially (Mary) was excellent and very knowledgable and confidence instilling All my questions and concerns were addressed Bike was picked up on time They guys picking it up were professional and experienced The bike was securely strapped down on a skid made for motorcycles They even let me get up into the truck and watch the strapping process Communication through the entire process was excellent and as expected Bike was delivered to destination 3 days early Bike had NO damage whatsoever when delivered I would definitely use Federal again!

Harley Davidson Transport I recently purchased a 1999 Harley Davidson from Paradise Harley Davidson in Beaverton OR and had it shipped to Harrisburg, PA Although the motorcycle was damaged in shipping, Judy Gordon w/ Federal in Peoria, IL has made the claims process painless thus far. I have filed a claim w/ Kimberlee at CRST and am hoping the process goes quickly. I'd just like to announce that Judy Gordon is a true professional in every way. My hat is off. So impressed! So impressed! I have been utilizing the Federal Companies (FunTransport) to ship motorcycles between Maryland & Las Vegas since 2007 - probably 7-8 times total. Never had any issues. The customer service is always outstanding at every turn.

Stress eliminator I was thoroughly pleased with the service. Crew arrived early on pick up day, used great care loading the bike. 1 week later (as promised) I was called by the delivery crew & bike was delivered to a parking lot 200 yds from my house (main road, lots of traffic). Again, great care in unloading. I would not hesitate in using them in the future if need arises.
