the pallet this year was better than… the pallet this year was better than the past years (14) that I have used you. Don't know the reason the motorcycle was needed to be retied but it was and not a great job. More care needs to be taken by the staff. I have used you for 14 years; during those years there has been several problems, and increasing pricing that now have me thinking about using other companies.

BMW Motorcycle from NC to South Sound Motorcycles, Fife, WA I spoke with Judy Gordon on December 23rd and made arrangements for Federal Company to pick up my BMW motorcycle in NC and ship it to the dealership in Fife, Washington. My bike will be loaded into a container on February 23rd so Judy told me it would arrive in Fife by February 11th. The bike was picked up January 22nd, just when she said it would. The bike made it to the dealership on Friday, January 31st. All along the bike's route, I received notices of its location and that was much appreciated. Thank you, Judy!

A great experience with excellent service from true professionals What a great experience so far. Working with Judy through multiple calls and emails, while I was still on the road. Judy helped me figure out my best options and was even able to modify the final destination for me as weather conditions changed. I live in MN and shipped from TX. Our weather in April can be horrific, and that is what happened at the last minute. Judy was very professional and clear, helping me change my original scheduled pickup from a Federal Loading site in St. Paul, to my home address. Federal is lucky to have people with Judy's knowledge, skill and patience. I'll be shipping again with Federal in the future, no doubt!

Scheduling was very easy Scheduling was very easy, the price was the best I found, and the motorcycle was delivered without a scratch. The only issue was the original pickup date had to change to the next day since the driver didn't have the correct equipment to pick up the bike on the scheduled date. Once we got past the pickup date snafu, communication was great and everything was perfect.
