Scheduling was very easy Scheduling was very easy, the price was the best I found, and the motorcycle was delivered without a scratch. The only issue was the original pickup date had to change to the next day since the driver didn't have the correct equipment to pick up the bike on the scheduled date. Once we got past the pickup date snafu, communication was great and everything was perfect.

Don't know the reason the motorcycle was needed to be retied but it was and not a great job. More care needs to be taken by the staff. I have used you for 14 years; during those years there has been several problems, and increasing pricing that now have me thinking about using other companies.

TEN STARS and MORE If I could give Federal Transport TEN stars I would. They made the transport of my husband’s bike from Portland, OR to Austin, TX totally seamless AND affordable. I worked directly with Tessa who feels more like family now than an service provider. The delivery of the bike is a Father’s Day surprise to my husband. Harley Davidson Transport I recently purchased a 1999 Harley Davidson from Paradise Harley Davidson in Beaverton OR and had it shipped to Harrisburg, PA Although the motorcycle was damaged in shipping, Judy Gordon w/ Federal in Peoria, IL has made the claims process painless thus far. I have filed a claim w/ Kimberlee at CRST and am hoping the process goes quickly. I'd just like to announce that Judy Gordon is a true professional in every way. My hat is off.
