Great service and products. After an insightful conversation with Gary I ordered a set of enhanced re-manufactured injectors for my 2000 F350SD 7.3. I also bought locally, a set of new Motorcraft glow plugs. Four of eight of mine were bad and I didn't know it when I ordered my injectors. I followed the Black Cloud Diesel instructions very closely and now my truck runs as well as it ever has! I am very pleased!

Excellent Customer Service It is always scary purchasing expensive parts online. We received my son's new clutch with lost bolts (I am guessing from a small hole in the box) and a small part that may have been damaged in transport or shipping. I contacted "Jerry" in customer service and he quickly resolved the problem. The items that we needed were shipped out the same day. I only wish all businesses treated their customers like Black Cloud Diesel.

everything I needed at a price that couldn't be beat I purchased a South Bend dual disc clutch kit, input shaft, and hydraulic upgrade from Black Cloud Diesel. The shipping was reasonably quick for the items they came all together and with detailed packing lists. I look forward to my next purchase from BCD.

I called their office twice to make sure I was buying the right product and installing it correctly, and they where very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was straight forward, and I can actually put my power to the ground. Major kudos! And Black Cloud had the best price with fantastic shipping speed.
