They charged me only the cost of the initial tests, even though I left my car on their lot for a couple extra days while I figured out where to get it towed next.

Found the problem… We were having problems with our vehicle and our mechanic wasn't sure what the problem was so we took it to Cottman. It took a short time and we were contacted by Kevin with the problem. He provided us with three options to repair the car. We were impressed with Kevin, his knowledge, honesty and the shop. We will return for other maintenance.
