I had taken my truck to Cottman… I had taken my truck to Cottman suspecting that a vibration I was feeling was a transmission problem. They found that actually my driveshaft was very loose and repaired it accordingly. A second problem was my "check engine" light, which had been coming on intermittently for months. Other shops had failed to find the problem but Cottman diagnosed a faulty EGR valve. I replaced that myself and have had no further check engine light illuminations. I was completely impressed with the competence and friendliness of Cottman and will happily refer others.

Found the problem… We were having problems with our vehicle and our mechanic wasn't sure what the problem was so we took it to Cottman. It took a short time and we were contacted by Kevin with the problem. He provided us with three options to repair the car. We were impressed with Kevin, his knowledge, honesty and the shop. We will return for other maintenance.

My Professional Experience My experience with Cottman was classic "Under Promise and Over Deliver." The check-in when I dropped of my truck was quick and easy, and pick-up at completion was exactly the same. Repairs are never cheap, but if they are done right the first time, it eases the pain just a little.
