Cottman stayed with me on these, and treated me with respect and intelligence. They resolved these issues quickly and politely. In my mind, they went out of their way to ensure proper operation of my transmission. Trustworthy Trustworthy. I heard very troubling sounds from transmission. They found no leaks. Fluid was very low. They replaced the fluid. Said to me they suspected it was not adequately attended to previously. So far, no continuing problems. I like the active and good communication from owner, Kevin.

When a problem could be transmission, front or rear differential, or transfer case, you are at the mercy of an expert and can easily be taken advantage of. In my case the problem was an electronic control module. It was replaced for about $300. I felt like I was dealt with honestly and professionally.
