GBok-prob won't use again Miscommunication around pick up so after a 7 hour flight not the best start. Then when we found driver he told us he had to collect some 'leaflets' from a colleague this then ensued a wild goose chase around the industrial parks of JFK trying to find said colleague. This must have have added an extra 30 minutes on to our journey to our hotel and when you have been travelling for over 7 hours this isn't what we really had in mind. Wouldn't use again.

GBGreat Service! We hired Lincoln Limousine in NYC to pick us up from Newark airport, take us to Manhattan/Times Square and then on our return pick us up from Times Square and take us to La Guardia. Both trips the driver was on time, the cars were clean and the drive was uneventful. In fact, the day before our return trip to La Guardia, we received a proactive call suggesting an earlier pick-up time due to concerns about traffic from some street closures for a parade. We were very happy with the service and the price was resaonable for the service we received.

GBOutstanding Company Our plane was delayed in Los Angeles for 3 hours but as soon as we landed in Newark I received a text from our driver Sarii that he is waiting for us. Drive into the city was almost like a tour he was very polite and more than happy to answer all of our questions and make great recommendations for things to see and places to eat. On our departure from the hotel back to the airport had the same type of service. Driver arrived on time and was very courteous and polite. Will definitely use this company again.

GBAwesome Service This is the fourth or fifth time we have use LincolnLimo and it gets better every time. Rita picked me up on time from JFK on a Friday evening and drove me into Manhattan during one of the worse traffic. She was very professional , courteous and knew the shortcuts to get me there safely. Awesome

GBAlways a pleasure! For the past 2 years my family and i have been visiting new york on a regular basis, every three months or so. We ALWAYS use Lincoln Limousine from and to the airport. The service is absolutely fantastic! Always on time. Always with a smile. The drivers are the best! The wonderful girls at the office are the most efficient we have ever encountered. They will have the info you need about your flights before you do. They are always courteous and will find a solution for your needs. The prices are a tiny bit higher than others but we would never consider another option it is worth every cent. We whole heartedly recommend Lincoln Limo
