AEexcellent and reliable the moment i booked the service i recived the confirmation e-mail. when i landed in JFK i found it was immpossible to contact the company through the phone due to different phone network. i sent then an e-mail while i was in the arrival hall and they responded immediatly and gave me guide to the location of the car. friendlly driver and know how to go around NYC. GBOur 45th Anniversary in NYC and Hamilton too Pickup at JFK took a few extra minutes, no problems getting into Manhattan took 1 1/2 hours (8:30 am traffic), drop off was fine. Back to JFK 4 days later, pickup at hotel early which turns out to be good since traffic out of Manhattan at 9:30 am is also heavy. Drop off was fine on time. The Lincoln Limo office and drivers checked on arrivals and pickups and kept in touch very well

GBLuxury in a Lincoln If you want a great transportation option that won't break the bank, Lincoln Limousine is tops. My wife and I used there Town Car service from and to JFK into the city. The cars are excellent, the drivers are very courteous, but most important is the service in general. You can schedule on line and the company will follow up by phone. They will confirm each trip and they were most accommodating when we had to change our return schedule to JFK. This is a service you have to experience. One day there will be no more Town Cars. These are the iconic limos of NYC.

GBAlways on time, all inclusive price, nice drivers I've been using Lincoln Limousine for many years now. There prices are competitive and all inclusive. They are always on time, nice drivers and generally present themselves well. Once there was a major backup on the way to the airport and they called me to suggest I leave 30 minutes earlier than scheduled to ensure I made my flight. This was most appreciated! I would recommend Lincoln to anyone--and I do as I'm a meeting planner.

They even noticed a time correction due to a mistake I made on the booking and called me with the correction.
