GBthe dispatcher who handled the… the dispatcher who handled the scheduling of our care service for my boss's guest was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I loved the customer service your employee exhibited. She was very patient as I asked a million questions and covered the details more than four times. She smiled through that phone the entire time. You need to have her teach phone customer service. Tell her that I will use her car service for my boss's client's needs for now own just because she wowed me!!!

GBOur 45th Anniversary in NYC and Hamilton too Pickup at JFK took a few extra minutes, no problems getting into Manhattan took 1 1/2 hours (8:30 am traffic), drop off was fine. Back to JFK 4 days later, pickup at hotel early which turns out to be good since traffic out of Manhattan at 9:30 am is also heavy. Drop off was fine on time. The Lincoln Limo office and drivers checked on arrivals and pickups and kept in touch very well

GBGood customer service Easy reservation and good follow up as dates of service arrived. Pick up from initial airport arrival was delayed despite giving plenty of heads up time with call to driver shortly after plane arrival. The quality of cars used was less than spectacular.
